Domestic or house use is water used around the home. Domestic requires the least amount of water around the world, totaling at about 5%. Domestic water is purifyed, then piped into homes in developed countries like Canada. In still developing countries, water doesn't get cleaned or piped into homes. The reason for this could be: a distributive system does not exist, the family cannot afford to pay for the pipes to bring it in. This could result in having to walk many kilometres to get safe water.
